Leaving Pico airport, follow the signs to Lajes do Pico via Madalena.
About 1 km after entering the parish of São João (St. John forest park), you will find Casa da Areal at your right.
São Roque do Pico Port:
Coming from São Roque, follow the signs to Lajes do Pico via longitudinal road.
At the end of the longitudinal road, turn right to Madalena.
About 2.5 km after entering the parish of St. John (football field), you will find Casa Areal at your left.
Port of Madalena:
Coming from Madalena Port, follow the signs to Lajes do Pico.
About 1 km after entering the parish of St. John (St. John forest park), you will find Casa da Areal at your right.
Reference points:
A reference point commonly known by taxi drivers, is the Snack Bar Armindo which is less than 100 meters from Casa da Areal.
